About Courtney

I have been a Licensed Social Worker since 2021 and have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, and emotional regulation.

My ideal client is ready to better understand themselves, break unhelpful patterns, and build healthier ways of coping. Together, we'll develop practical skills to manage emotions, challenge negative thoughts, improve communication, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to develop a copacetic mind—one that is balanced, resilient, and aligned with the life you want to create.

Throughout my career, I have worked across inpatient psychiatric, PHP/IOP, outpatient, school-based, and telehealth settings. These experiences have allowed me to support adolescents and adults through crisis, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life's transitions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, generational trauma, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, using CBT, person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and DBT-informed skills. I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I became a therapist because I'm passionate about helping people break unhelpful cycles rooted in generational trauma and experiences passed down through families. My goal is to help you heal, build healthier coping strategies, and create lasting change.
